Thanks for the feedback! I agree a cleaner look would fit some themes better. I will design a minimalist glyph version and include it as an option in the next update.

If you have a specific glyph design in mind, feel free to submit a pull request or share a sketch on the GitHub issue page. I would appreciate it. Like you probably realized - am not great at art and had to scribble something quickly for the icon when I created the extension ;)
