It works, you have to insist sometimes but it works. If it doesn't, click play on the youtube video before clicking on the converter button. It will open a new tab with another green converter button, you have to wait until it loads and normally the download starts... if it doesn't reclick the green button! It also opens a 3rd tab which, in my case, doesn't go anywhere (maybe the adblocker is doing its job), just close it. Well, you can't choose any audio options, but it download the audio from video, even long videos (have tried 1h long). Well done!

Very fast as they claim. Easy to use. Not asking for too many permissions. Saving option is to Drop box only (that I can see). Would be nice to see other options. Somehow I ended up saving in my preferred location, but it was not obvious to chose.
