- Noté 3 sur 5par Dnr, il y a 2 moisWorks well on most pages but recently subtitles stopped working on fullscreen mode on some of them, notably Disney+
- Noté 3 sur 5par Moz-4817, il y a 3 moisIt works decently well, but important features are locked behind a paid subscription that somehow requires a github account. I'm usually happy to donate if an extension is useful, but to not even be able to use it outside of fullscreen if I don't? And I didn't see a way to try the paid features and verify they actually work before paying, maybe I missed it.

mis en ligne : il y a 2 moisHello,
Pro features are indeed locked and there is no trial. The approach is, subscribe to keep extension alive and you will get those finished pro features unlocked as a bonus.
So adding them as "try before you buy - does not make sense in this scenario", sorry.
I do not think that any Pro features are really that much important, all the basic functionality is already there and free to use.
Thanks! - Noté 3 sur 5par Classy Car, il y a un anWorks fine but begs for a review every time you update with no way to disable it.

mis en ligne : il y a un anNoted! Thanks for the review. In the latest update I have disabled update notifications.
That is, until I think of a good solution where everyone will be satisfied. A way to toggle update notifications on/off, somewhere outside of the popup I assume. - Noté 3 sur 5par LocCatPowersDog, il y a 2 ansSome trash megacorps like "Bally" or Paramount or countless others slap bars or trash interfaces meant to work for ads onto streaming and call it a day. This app helps fix full-screen problems like Star Trek not wanting to work with 21:9 screen ratios even though the shows are basically filmed that way now... or streaming sports apps that auto-zoom and cut off players heads. Occasionally requires some math to re-squish things via the X:Y ratios.
Could maybe use a way to stay "on top" for fullscreen adjustments but I usually just open another window behind it to access menu.Réponse du développeur
mis en ligne : il y a 2 ansHey there!
Glad it helps in those situations that you were having issues with.
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a solution for the extension popup interface to stay on the top. It seems to be default behaviour on Chrome for example, but Firefox doesn't do it.
I'll do further research on this topic and if possible, I will definitely work on it.
Thank you for the review! - Noté 3 sur 5par brn, il y a 2 ansIt worked once, but now does nothing.
I have an ultrawide monitor, but get to watch movies cropped. :( - Noté 3 sur 5par Hoi Polloi, il y a 3 ansNot great. It just zooms in, doesn't really fix the aspect ratio and doesn't work with a 32:9 monitor. Crops everything on top and bottom with wider monitors. Can see it working well with 21:9 ones though. Giving it 3 stars because I can see it working for most peoples' monitors.
- Noté 3 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 16831704 de Firefox, il y a 3 ansWhen it works, its great! But lately Ive had trouble with 4:3 videos (or anything less then 16:9), and randomly it disables its self, or changes what mode its in.
- Noté 3 sur 5par Ayrell, il y a 4 ansDoes what it says it does, but the shortcuts are very confusing.
I cannot get the pause toggle to work with shortcuts, making the extension very annoying to actually use.Réponse du développeur
mis en ligne : il y a 4 ansWhen extension is paused, it no longer listen for shortcuts. I was trying to completely "disable" it with this behaviour. Seems misleading and people do complain a lot about this "feature".
I will try to fix it, while still in v2. - Noté 3 sur 5par Black Knight, il y a 4 ansWorks, but it doesn't have the upscale mode that I need. Upscale seems to fill the screen horizontally from edge to edge, but it can cut off the top and bottom of the video if it's too tall. I'd rather upscale fills the frame vertically, and leaves black bars on the side if it has to. The frame should never be cut off. This is an issue I noticed with Expanse on Amazon Prime. The aspect ratio seems to be non-standard.
- Noté 3 sur 5par TTT YYY, il y a 5 ansThe extension has been working great. Except that it seems to be slowing down youtube videos to the point that they have to load (buffer) frequently while watching. I noticed this because I almost have Gigabit speeds on my internet. So I turned it off and the issue stopped.
