par pancakess, il y a 6 ansProblem:
at first it works wonderfully, i recently have a problem of how it changes my theme when i turn off/on (from my dark theme to grey(on) to white (off) which is VERY annoying! also it now for some reason keeps changing themes automatically on site ive been before which is also annoying. the problem accured when i was adjusting contrast/grayscale/sephia on a novel site as the default site color was light brown and darkreader changed it redish grey after i did that when i changed sites it followed which annoyed me and i turned them all off, then it keeps changing dark modes auomatically and changes my firefox theme. please fix this ASAP!
Experience before problem:
other than that issues its dark mode is solid, doesnt add black box on website logo when im reading. 5/5
Suggestions: i dont know if it was like that in the past or it is supposed to automatically change darkmode but a button for turning on darkmode for the site instead of doing it automatically/reverse button would be very much appreciated.

quick work around is temporary turn off and turn it back on after cloudflare verified. - Noté 5 sur 5par Blood-Art, il y a 11 heures

- Noté 1 sur 5par Siz, il y a 12 joursYeah this is a complete bait and switch scam. It comes off as a "free extension" but when you download it they straight up are like "give me money or we'll lock the extension and also cause physical damage to your computer with a "memory leak" issue." Most of the "5 star reviews" are obvious AI bot reviews too, so don't let that fool you either. I mean sure the saying its "FOSS" but requiring payment is one thing and yeah you should just say "we require payment" on the ad. Purposely wording things in a way that beats around the bush is scummy, but a lot of these extensions and apps do this and it's expected at this point unfortunately.
Having "memory leak issues" due to faulty programming which causes physical damage to someone's computer, and to also require payment at the same time makes me feel sorry for the unfortunate people that are less computer literate that actually paid these hacks $10 and are wondering why their CPU and Memory are running at max load constantly. Use that $10 or whatever the exchange rate for your country is and go to the local corner-store and get a cheap pair of sunglasses if you need dark mode this badly. It's safer for your computer, phone, and wallet. We're in a memory shortage crisis as is and these jerks are going to cause you to be paying more than $10 for their badly programmed "gimmick" down the line. - Noté 5 sur 5par Tony, il y a 12 jours
- Noté 1 sur 5par me.myself.and.I, il y a 14 joursthis extension causes huge memory leak in FireFox, just imagine Google search page takes about 4Gb, as well as YouTube page loads 4Gb of something filling in RAM.
after removal DarkReader from FireFox - situation with memory leak came back to normal.
do not install this extension if your still want to use FireFox. - Noté 1 sur 5par July, il y a 15 jours

- Noté 3 sur 5par pulsar14, il y a 18 joursMany sites require a different filter (dynamic, filter, filter+, static) when forced in dark mode to be readable. Why don't save the filter setting in addition to the dark mode option for each configured site?
- Noté 5 sur 5par Jeremiah Perez, il y a 18 joursExcellent work by the developers. This has been part of my setup for a while now and it never lets me down.
- Noté 3 sur 5par Joe, il y a 19 joursGreat but only three stars because it breaks the FireFox start screen. White text on a white background is not readable
