    So far best (and hardest to cheat) blocker I used on Linux Mint! You do need the subcription but it's a fair price.

    Using Focus mode to keep my scope to a whitelisted websites. And Lock modes like 128 char lock, which acts as enough friction not to let me wander distracted

    It helps me write and study. I generally use the Focus Mode to keep me off Reddit and Steam. The support team is also very helpful

    Seeing the free trial was enough to tell me this is one of those extensions that has a bunch of bot reviews, and looks good but after the seven days you lose basically everything to premium, no offense but I'm not going to try an extension offering subscriptions, it's a waste of both money and time, why develop a reliance on an extension that's going to point the gun to my head the moment I get even slightly used to it.

    The browser extension is completely free.
    Premium applies only to some advanced features in the optional desktop app. We also offer deep discounts, and sometimes completely free Premium, to people who cannot afford it.

    It helps me to focus and to only have access to the utility of the computer when I absolutely need it.

    I really struggle to limit my screen time, mostly with streaming services and gaming, to an extent, that negatively impacts my studies and social life. I used other blockers before, but after I switched to linux, I needed to find a new one, as my old blockers didn't support linux. Honestly DigitalZen has by far the best UI and setup from all the apps I tried before, by far! I love the across device plattform synch, suggestions and generally how easy it is to configure my blockers. Keep it up, can't wait for the mobile versions to get released.

    HELPS SOOO MUCH WITH MY CONSTANT HABIT OF CHECKING MESSAGES ONCE AN ASSIGNMENT MAKES ME FEEL CHALLENGED, etc for other distractions. I realize now the pattern of compulsive self-induced distraction and was able to finally save classes I almost failed out of and get As!!!

    I'm an ADHD adult with decades of adult content addiction that is extremely disabling, DigitalZen is the only safegaurd that has ever worked for me. The student pricing option is life-changing, amazing company.

    Perfect if you used coldturkey and switched to linux, and it is also crossplatform! Also they offer a student discount, my university wasnt automatically recognized, but I contacted support and was added in a matter of hours, highly recommend!
