If you have made a dedicated for what it stands for, do make it useful for those who download it by believing it. Dont spread fake and time and resource wasting products here. I hope devs replies to explain why it is not working when words are selected or brought into the extension and why it consumes too much power that browser crashes.

On one computer it works fine. On other it doesn't work at all. Can't even see options.

HEADS-UP: Mozilla has disabled new versions of this extension as per June 1st, 2019 which has broken it. The dev is working on a fix but this is not his fault so kindly stop review bombing this. To users looking to install: no it doesn't work right now but it will.

There seems to be a bug and it is not working almost entirely. Only works based on it's mood I guess. 😒

EDIT: Tried it again on July 1st and it's working again. This is one of those extensions that, in addition to being incredibly useful, shows the potential of Mozilla's Firefox platform and the ingenuity of the developers who write gems of addons like this one. Thank you for your time and effort!

I hate like heck to write a bad review for such a useful tool, but a couple of days ago, it just stopped working. All results now display simply "no definition found". Five stars easy when it's working.

It seems to be fixed now. I'm back to loving it.

Would really like a filter list for websites. I don't need this to appear on DuckDuckGo page, for example.

I wish this didn't pop up when I double click text in a text field, its very annoying when I'm trying to edit text... maybe an option would be nice.

goodjob, it would be perfect if you added the read button which converts the text to voice.

It's still not quite at the level or speed of Google Dictionary (by Google) in the Chrome Browser, but it's OK. I think it has to do with integration; that is, if the Firefox team created a built-into the browser version, rather than it being an add-on or extension, it would be more fluid. Since Chrome Browser has built-in spell check, I'm guessing it has some connection to that interface type. Why else would their pop-up results be so instant? No really, why?

I have so few positive memories of this app, I re-install it because there is no other pop-up dictionary that I'm aware of. Please let me know if I'm wrong, but Firefox has been notoriously unhelpful in the dissemination of add-ons recently.
