I was hoping to be able to just click on this add-on and see all cookies on the computer to avoid going thru several steps using FF Tools...etc

Flag Cookies, currently supports only the display of the current tab cookies by respective domains found in this tab. You can request this feature on Github @ https://github.com/jrie/flagCookies/issues and we can see, how this fits.
