I'll rarely use this, but it'll probably be useful in troubleshooting situations, to show when there's activity in the chrome of the browser whilst content is inactive (or troubled).

Really nice for the first few days but when I tried to change to something else the Lightning Overload would stay on instead of switching even after I deleted it.
