    Is this add-on still needed? At least on FF61 this is integrated under "Options / Tabs / Ctrl+Tab cycles through tabs in recently used order" checkbox and works fine. However the ability to trigger it via click on active tab would be useful (as it was in Tab Mix Plus), but I see it is not currently possible...

    I note the problem with making this a single click on the tab to swap, but just wanted to add another request to show this is much wanted when it can be included.

    Any way to implement this so that single clicking the current tab takes you to the last active tab?

    Hi, unfortunately the new Firefox addon APIs don't allow extensions to add features like that at the moment. A couple of people have asked about this, so I'm tracking it here: https://github.com/thePaulV/Most-Recent-Tab/issues/2. The Firefox bug in Bugzilla is #1246706.
