If there was a way to give this add on zero stars, I would. Not that it doesn't work, because it does. But... I noticed that, if for example you want to block ANY KIND of flash on ALL websites, this applications seems to know better than you do. So, if after a while you take a peek at the listing of sites that are allowed to run flash, and... surprise, surprise, look what is there; all the URLs you removed previously! Now, I can understand that some people would like this to work without fiddling on FB, YT, G00gle or any other web rubbish. And they're welcome to it. But call me crazy... If I define MY settings on MY device, to follow MY preferences, I kind of resent an app telling me they know better, and I should STFU... If I wanted that I'd use other rubbish applications like AdBlock with its "Acceptable Ads", right? Ah well... [REMOVE] > Click

The vast majority of videos play like it's not even installed. Practically useless.

It doesn't work at all

Not working on sites I use - videos just start to play automatically and are not getting blocked.

The same here it doesn't work.
Tested with Firefox 56.0 on Youtube and Allocine, no effect at all…
But I see it's not updated any more so maybe it was used to works before with earlier version of Firefox.

This app is great idea, but that's it, a great idea. The problem? It simply allows to much flash content to get by, and after all isn't that the point in the first place?

I don't think it has blocked a single video. Very sadly, Flashstopper actually worked but is incompatible with 57. FF Quantum is great, but it broke all the add-ons, thus making it a very frustrating experience. I think it's time to install Chrome until FF add-ons catch up. This particular add-on seems to do nothing.

Does not work, and the few times it does, it's inconsistent!

It only works on a few sites, and not consistently on those. It's a real piece of crap. Not worth the trouble of installing.

Doesn't work like old flash block before vers 57 upgrade

It does not work on any Web-Page. I does not work on Youtube and many other pages. I tested with Firefox Qunatum 57.0 64 bit and Windows 7 64 bit. My old AddOn "FlashStopper" works fine. Please make it better, fix it, it is horrible. My name is Mark.

It used to do a good job, now it will not prevent flash from playing on at least two sites, Yahoo finance and Fox News.

Simply put, it does NOT work on all sites. Good case in point is www.aol.com. It does not stop any flash video content from starting up the minute I hit the home page for AOL. I've reviewed the video for using it and also read the instructions and FAQs. But it simply does not work on AOL no matter that the URL list is totally blank. And AOL is not the only site where I've had this problem with Flash Block (Plus).
Fortunately the older competing add-on, Flashblock, does work on ALL websites even if it is a legacy product.

It simply does not work. Flash crashes Firefox constantly. Because this add-on doesn't work, I have to have Task Manager up all the time to kill the flash plugin.
