- Noté 1 sur 5par Mac, il y a 4 ansNord VPN is garbage. You have to keep disabling it in order to browse the internet, which defeats the entire point of having it. I requested a refund and they gave me the run around until it was past the "refund window" and then told me sorry but its to late. Absolute rip off, stay away.

I recommend to use different VPN provider if you want to use Firefox add-on.

Not trusted! Currently is won't sign in just spins! Reinstalled and same issue!

- Noté 1 sur 5par Kyros, il y a 4 ansbad experience. if you get nord extension to pirate things DO NOT TRUST THIS. within minutes i got a notice that my ip was tracked and i got a warning from my provider. i dont mind this though, i will use the desktop nord app. but this has damaged my trust in nord quite a bit indeed.

It takes several attempts of removing and reinstalling the plugin to make the vpn work again.

NordVPN team never care about it, I had and reported this issue very long time ago but it never be fixed, I read comments and found out I'm not the only one. The worst VPN service I've ever used, my payment still remain half of the year and now I'm using another VPN service, total waste of money

Having over 25 years of heavy IT experience, I would be embarrassed to even know anyone involved in this extension.
Constantly drops. Constantly freezes all Firefox connectivity. Logs out at random (where you dont even notice). And a couple times a week it wipes out everything in the bypass list.
Then, the support people will expect you to jump through their standard list of useless hoops. Uninstall/reinstall. Remove any/all AV software. Remove everything except THEIR POS extension.
It's a joke. They know it's junk. They probably just like wearing you out until you leave in exhaustion. I run clean browsers with very minimal extensions and nothing else related in anyway to connectivity.
And then they expect me to install their junk system-wise? haha. You cant even get it to work with FF. KMA.
P.S. Dont bother replying to me Nord Support. Been there. Done that. Dislike your support more than the extension.
UPDATE: See. Their canned response (below) proves my point about their uselessness. They clearly didnt read anything I said. It's probably just some automated script triggering responses by some keywords.Réponse du développeur
