This extension has been problematic from the start. It took a lot of farting around to get it to work when I first installed it and for whatever reason it logs out for no reason. NOW I can't log into it and if the extension is enabled none of the websites will load and you are presented with "Unable to find the proxy server". Disabling it then enabling it doesn't resolve the problem nor does restarting Firefox. To make things worse support.nordvpn.com is useless, I can't find any information on the extension for Firefox and it does not provide any way of contacting NordVPN Support. I moved to Firefox for privacy/security reasons and signed up with NordVPN for the same reason, I think it is time for a refund and go back to PIA.Réponse du développeur

- Noté 2 sur 5par Aleksei Bekh-Ivanov, il y a 6 ansDidn't have usability issues, but found that traffic is not encrypted between my machine and the service if a request it using an IP like http://36.215.234.124/login. I can see all my plain HTTP traffic in Wireshark. It seems to not be proxied.
Looks like a major flaw as soon as it claims to give privacy.
Version used: 2.12.4
PS: Extension in Chrome seems to work just fine in this sense.
For those whom may concern: if you are ready to sacrifice usability to solve this issue you can use another Firefox proxy extension and set up HTTPS proxy there using one of the NordVPN hosts and port 89. - Noté 5 sur 5par Matthew S, il y a 6 ansI use this for both Chrome and Firefox. I really like the fact that my privacy isn't invaded and everything is in working order. I hope people who are giving negative reviews had gone to customer support first before lashing out and those that got the extension thinking it was free, think again... There are not a lot of VPNs around that are free that works well. Companies need to pay for servers somehow.

Also, since last week the addon has become very slow, I can't even watch Youtube through it. The desktop version works fine, so it's a problem of Chrome and Firefox addons.
