NordVPN - a VPN proxy extension for Firefox par NordVPN

- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 14239125 de Firefox, il y a 7 ansAlmost unusable on Firefox while on other browsers it works okay. There are 3 MAJOR issues on Firefox:
1. When you click on extension icon it takes around 3 seconds for UI to show up. This is extremely annoying even more because of other bugs that are forcing you to interact with extension more then you need to (will explain it now).
2. When you finally connect to server and after you restart Firefox NordVPN icon will be green which indicates that proxy connection is established. However that is not true, you are not REALLY connected although extension is suggesting that. You have to click on icon (and wait 3 seconds), disconnect (3-5 seconds) and finally reconnect (3-5 seconds). So if you want to use this extension on Firefox, you have to do this every time you start Firefox.
3. Extension won't even open UI in private mode.
This is a paid service and this extension is almost unusable, forcing me to leave 1 star review. I wouldn't recommend it even if it was free, at least not on Firefox. - Noté 4 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 14238135 de Firefox, il y a 7 ans

Even after Nord configuration options, nameservers, connections to their VPN servers drop frequently and OpenVPN with no kill switch leaves you exposed unless you happen to notice the connection drop.
The firefox plugin won't allow both username and password to the entered, so there's no way to login which could only matter if the system was reliable. - Noté 2 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 12328897 de Firefox, il y a 7 ansFedora 28 and Firefox 61 - it works, but the UI performance is absolutely dreadful - on an OC'd Ryzen 5 1600 with 3000Mhz DDR4 RAM it takes 5-6 SECONDS for UI to show up after it is clicked. Similar to show flags on the country list. Firefox often offers me the choice to kill hanged-up js script that addon is using.
On the, ekhm, rival browser the UI performance is significantly better, but honestly, still slow. Like 1,5s for UI to show up, instead of 6s on Firefox. - Noté 4 sur 5par rrgaap, il y a 7 ans

- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 14200045 de Firefox, il y a 7 ansRunning Ubuntu 16.04 and Firefox - VPN does not auto-connect correctly and needs to be disconnected and reconnected to work. Not sure what happened as this wasn't a problem on previous versions of this add-on.
- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13795302 de Firefox, il y a 7 ansDoes not work on Ubuntu (immediately closes when focusing on password field), on Windows it is blank 75% of the time.

- Noté 2 sur 5par usbhell, il y a 7 ansI dont know if this happens all the time, but there seems to be an issue with reconnecting automatically to the desired server after restarting Firefox. The icon stays green but you are definitely not connected to the VPN. Visiting a site such as https://geoiptool.com/ confirms this. Reconnecting manually solves the issue but this is not practicable or required on chrome

- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13705502 de Firefox, il y a 7 ansdoesn't work on ubuntu with the lastest version the extension close when you want to put your password
- Noté 2 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 14176073 de Firefox, il y a 7 ansNe se reconnecte pas lors de la réouverture de Firefox, obligé de le faire manuellement. Dommage
- Noté 1 sur 5par wimvincken, il y a 7 ansThey claim free and "some" paid services. The truth is everything is only paid and none is free. If they lie about that, it's very likely they lie abut their functionality too.
- Noté 2 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 14155393 de Firefox, il y a 7 ansIt's frustrating to have to login to the extension constantly; there is no "Save Password" feature.
The extension has been pretty buggy over the past few days. After connecting, webpages tend to time out. When I disconnect, the webpage loads quickly.
I'd also like to have access to my favorite servers like I do in the desktop app. The extension is nice, because I'm able to connect at work to bypass the company firewall, and secure my personal data. - Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13265342 de Firefox, il y a 7 ansDONT SAVE MY LOCATION!
