For some reason this add in elevates cpu usage when opening a new tab, it was a pain to troubleshoot.

Very nice addon but ... one basic function is missing : a shortcut such as F4 (just an example) to open it in the sidebar directly ! ... or a shortcut (F4 always) to open the note without clicking a button.

Just for info, i like to keep toolbar clean and only visually important things on it such as "ublock".

Icon/Button almost totally disappears in toolbar with the darkish theme I'm using! Could an icon with a light colored outline be used?

Last version of addon broke my FF Dev Edition 57.
Now I can only start up in safe mode. :(
Please, fix this beautiful addon.

The notes are saved within the browser using the webextension storage API. On the addon's options page, there is a button labeled "Export Notes and Options" which will download a file with all of your notes inside it.
