- Noté 1 sur 5par samdunham, il y a 2 ansOkta deprecated the PIN functionality in September. It's currently October. And the Firefox plugin still asks for a PIN when you attempt to log in. So basically, Okta is useless in Firefox at the moment.

- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13183601 de Firefox, il y a 4 ansOkta forces end users to install a plugin they clearly do not need.
I need to use Okta for work, otherwise I would avoid this like the plague. Requires way to many permissions for the problem it is supposed to solve. It was perfectly possible to do the same work from the subdomain.okta.com webpage and they removed that support to force users to install a plugin that brings them no benefits, just provides access to their browsing. - Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13444517 de Firefox, il y a 4 ans

So it is back to using the buggy password management of the web login form which keeps wanting to save "test" as the password every time I log in.
- Noté 1 sur 5par asumm92, il y a 5 ansThis plugin worked fine for me in Chrome. But since I switched to Firefox, it doesn't seem to work for this browser. Even though I'm logged in to my Okta account through the website, it still tells me I need to log in. I wish Okta would fix this, because it was a really convenient plugin for me in Chrome.

- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13195976 de Firefox, il y a 5 ansIt used to work fine, but in the last week now it just says "An error has occurred. There is a problem with the plugin. To proceed, click the Refresh Plugin button below to clear the plugin cache." I do this and it takes me to the Okta sign in page. I sign in and the browser extension just says the same thing.
The Chrome version of the extension is working fine.Réponse du développeur

I'm stuck with it because of work, but I'd avoid it like the plague if I could.
Edit in response to the developer response - I think that's part of the problem, I shouldn't need a browser add-on.Réponse du développeur

If I wasn't required to have this installed I'd have thrown it out a window.
No matter what configuration settings you choose this annoying add-on pops on every single page you visit and can't be closed.Réponse du développeur
