- Noté 4 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 14363182 de Firefox, il y a 2 ansLike the Proton brand focused on customer privacy so have high hopes for this. A great start but some key functions not there...for example, many sites have more than two inputs to log in. Proton Pass only will recognize 2 so a lot of "cutting and pasting". Also some password managers will enable configuration of specific inputs to specific fields (in case the password manager can't figure out which field matches with what data is in the manager).
But the more one uses protonpass, the better it seems to work. Hopefully they will fix the limitations with quick updates.Réponse du développeur

Supporting autofill for custom fields is on our to-do list as well. If you have any other suggestions on what we can do to improve, feel free to share them with us, or join any existing discussions at our User Voice page: https://protonmail.uservoice.com/forums/953584-proton-pass.
Works well with most sites, only a few hiccups here and there.
I would love to have more tabs to switch between logins / credit cards etc...Réponse du développeur
mis en ligne : il y a 2 ansHi! Could you please share more information on your suggestion, so we can better understand? You can already filter your Proton Pass entries by Logins, Aliases, Cards and Notes. - Noté 4 sur 5par Max, il y a 2 ansBasic functions are there, I really miss the option to configure hotkeys. Also, some websites login fields are not yet recognized

- Noté 4 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13623010 de Firefox, il y a 2 ansImprove autofill especially on Firefox desktop, Firefox for Android and on Android app. Many popular websites and apps like Facebook or Binance the auto-save and auto-fill don't work.

Thank you for taking the time to rate and review Proton Pass! - Noté 4 sur 5par PoorPocketsMcNewHold, il y a 2 ansAs a Firefox extension, it's mostly top-notch, thought, it lack physical 2FA protection and options to save an e-mail login AND username necessary for some websites. Ain't gonna complain more about the service in itself however. Still a very solid choice alongside Bitwarden & KeePassXC.

mis en ligne : il y a 2 ansHi! Could you please clarify if you are referring to unlocking the app with security keys? If you are a premium user, you can use custom fields to store usernames for such entries: https://proton.me/support/pass-custom-field. - Noté 4 sur 5par KBS, il y a 2 ans
- Noté 4 sur 5par Fernando Lima, il y a 2 ansIt's... This is... They're... Indescribably - sorry, haven't letters or signed words. Proton had defections - how need to be ANY development, idea or philosophy concept; open or closed source; free or paid -. But... It's have a sacred source on my graveyard of the essentials privacy resources. Tks guys, so much!

- Noté 4 sur 5par Loïc Noss, il y a 2 ansGood extension, but Proton Pass is still a bit away from a feature-complete password manager.
Sometimes the autosave is not autosaving. Sometimes inputs prompt are not detected (not always Proton fault, websites don't always follow standards).
Need some UX work: password generation history is now present, but a bit hard to access. I miss a simple manual auto completion when the website domain is not linked to a saved login. Today, you have to press edit, then add the domain, and only then you can use manual auto-complete.
Weird stuff: you can save a pattern for generated passwords... but the suggested password generated when you fill a form is not following this customized pattern.Réponse du développeur

Also regularly forgets my settings for my password flavor (random string, how many chars, etc..) which is annoying.Réponse du développeur

Es una lástima que no haya programa para escritorio para una mejor gestión y que no permita trabajar fuera de línea. - Noté 4 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 18031497 de Firefox, il y a 2 ansGreat UI, but still rough around the edges for detecting login pages or 2FA prompts

Thank you for your feedback. You can already configure the password length for random generated passwords. Here's how to do it:
- Open the extension
- Select + in the top right
- Select 'Password'
- Type: Random password
- Use the slider to select between 4 and 64 characters for the password length - Noté 4 sur 5par swilson, il y a 2 ans

Réponse du développeur
mis en ligne : il y a 2 ansThat sounds odd. Can you explain a bit further how the lock function isn't working? What Firefox version are you using? Do you have any other extensions installed, and if so, could you try disabling them to see if there are any incompatibilities by any chance? - Noté 4 sur 5par FollowtheRieper, il y a 2 ans
- Noté 4 sur 5par Dave, il y a 2 ansI've tested this in Chromium and in Firefox. In Firefox, it is currently Experimental but seems to work okay.
It won't work with Firefox ESR, only Firefox release channel. It would be much easier for me and probably many others who use Firefox ESR in Linux; no need to install two different versions of Firefox.Réponse du développeur
mis en ligne : il y a 2 ansThank you for sharing your feedback with us.Currently, this is not supported as the extension is built using Manifest V3 which is not supported by Firefox ESR. We will share your interest in this with the team, nevertheless. - Noté 4 sur 5par Hmmm, il y a 2 ansMaybe I need to change my workflow, but one feature of BitWarden I like is the ability to pop-out the window of the extension. This comes in handy when you need to toggle between the password manager and the page open in the browser or in a browser on a different monitor. With Proton Pass, better not get half-way through creating an alias or login and click outside the extension... or you have to start over.

Now I can get rid of my old Norton Password Manager - albeit no import option for this manager. So only 4 stars since cannot import from that.

mis en ligne : il y a 2 ansThank you for your feedback! We plan to expand support for importing from additional password managers as we develop the app further. We've added your vote to the feature request for Norton in particular. - Noté 4 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 16734780 de Firefox, il y a 2 ansI installed both the Android app and the Firefox extension yesterday, migrating my data from Bitwarden (which I am keeping for the time being). Both products are functional and well designed, but I am giving "only" four stars because I expect them to evolve rapidly and become a truly exceptional password manager, as it happened with all Proton products so far.
