I was unable to get Roboform to show up on the toolbar like it used to so I gave their support a call and they helped me right away. If this happens to you they told me to reboot and then click in the puzzle piece and select Pin to Toolbar. I had done that but that option did not show up. The reboot must have taken care of it.
