I've been using Roboform for years, and on the whole I like it - but the Firefox extension is SOOOO SLOOOW, it takes a good 10-15 seconds for the toolbar menu to open and populate (it is instant in Chrome). It happens on multiple PCs and reinstalling Firefox doesn't help. Please fix.

Two windows 11 pro pc units, cannot add extension to toolbar in firefox. Multiple tickets that can't be fixed from the lack of support. They hold your sign in credentials hostage and or may delete them at anytime. Multiple issues with security such as having to make sure it doesn't stay signed in indefinitely. You better keep multiple copies of your sign in information or you will be having to redo constantly.

Awful premium support. I have a lagging roboform addon on my installation. The "premium" support without any measurements or logging rejects to help me. Without any reason and checking they say the problem in firefox, not addon. They reject to make any logs or debugs or anything else.

demands payment for features customer service claims should work without. So far they have shown no interest in fixing their mess. I will edit if that changes. Customer service just keeps getting worse don't use roboform try an alternative

Add-on disables native Mozilla password retrieval and is unusable.

It will not come up in my Fire Fox. Also, Fire Fox says I am on the latest release. So not sure why it won't come up.

It comes up in all my other browsers. So may have to remove Fire Fox since Robo Form is a must.

I have used robodorm for years but in the last two months it doesn't work at all

I have used RoboForm for many years but it no longer works after updating to Windows 11. It does not login to any site directly from the RF app. The customary pop-up when on a website's login screen does not appear. Logins are reduced to copy/paste from the RF app into the website's login form.
Recommend against anyone wasting their time with the app. Too bad - it was previously a very capable and reliable app.
