I've had Roboform for over twenty years, however a year ago it wouldn't accept my password, over the months, I tried all sorts of combinations without success. Today there was a 50% discount offer, so I decided to start afresh. However it wouldn't allow my email address, or an alternative one, saying the account already existed. So I'm stuck. After being very satisfied with Roboform for decades, I'm now disgusted with it.
I've decided I can't do without Roboform, so have managed to sign on again, but have lost all my original passwords.
Two years on, and my Master Password is no longer accepted, at RoboForm's Support advised me to uninstall and reinstall, so I'm trying to do that, unfortunately, the system to do that just isn't working, so, I will have to go back to Support and try and resolve the matter. I find the system very complicated, to do what I thought would be a simple operation.

Not as good as it use to be, especially on my Android Samsung S8+. Icons pop-up where it interferes with the logon on my phone. On my MAC it does not properly save some passwords from some sites or saves the wrong info thereby my needing to "guess" which password I created. I use to love this password keeper. Now I'm looking for a viable alternative that I can transfer all my saved identities and passwords.

I can't find a way to adjust the width of the toolbar. It occupies the full width of my screen but only half that with has tools on it. I have to close, then reopen the toolbar to access various items. Having the toolbar centered would allow access to bothe corners.

Roboform used to put their icon in the area in the lower right corner of my screen. It is no longer there thus I cannot access Roboform when I want/need it. If I cannot access Roboform perhaps it is time for a new password manager

It works well, then there's an update, and it can't tell the difference between a bit and a byte! I almost never know if it'll work automatically or if I have to do things manually. Let's see what happens after this update.

Cannot fix forgot password with this app and I also use Norton Password Manager, which so far works better.

Why do I have to be continually logging in to your product while on the same web page...when I need a password for another site...this is an aggravation for me...I have been with you guys for a number of years...but am currently looking at another password saver...
