If you'd had asked me a year ago, I would have given it 5 stars. BUT as of late, I am getting ads left and right, pop-ups, etc.
I am hoping there is some update coming that will make things the way the were a year ago.

Until then, just 2 stars.

I am experiencing a layout issue with uBlock Origin on Firefox Android while using Facebook (mobile version). When the extension is enabled, the newsfeed becomes unstable during scrolling—posts often jump or skip upward unexpectedly. Additionally, I cannot view or interact with stories as the UI elements appear broken or blocked.
Disabling uBlock Origin immediately resolves these issues. It seems like a specific filter is causing layout shifting or blocking essential Facebook story elements. I am using default filter lists. Please investigate.

Generally, this does work especially on YouTube to block all of those annoying ads and other garbage. BUT, it also breaks way too many legit sites especially financial and others that I use all the time. Whitelisting or disabling doesn't seem to work for them and my only solution is to remove the extension. I know it is the installed extension because I can use Chrome without any problem that doesn't have this extension installed on these same sites. I've tried looking around in the extension but the list of things it blocks on many sites sometimes is so long that it's just not worth trying each one to see which, if any is causing the problem. Not to mention I don't like constantly trying banking site logins as their systems could see my attempts as fraud or someone trying to attempt multiple logins who aren't account holders so forget that.....locking my bank accounts just to test this extension isn't worth the hassle. Again, it does what it promises but sometimes having it installed breaks too many legit sites.

uBlock recently started preventing me from accessing the comment pages on stories in the TorontoSun.com website, even though it's blocking ads throughout the website. If I disable uBlock, ads are everywhere but I can access the comment pages. Very frustrating!

Yeah it works. But the UI has been designed to be as complicated as possible. You can't even easily unblock something, temporary or permanently. It's just a ridiculous developer UI.

And speaking of developers, any issue raised with this plonker is met with unwillingness and disinterest.

No matter how good this addon is, it's written by a prick who doesn't like feedback, and can't help but to waltz over any form of criticism.

So for your sake, I hope you will never have issues or questions about this addon, because you *will not* get them resolved by the dev.

Depuis le 1/10, il ne marche plus (tout est bloqué (la vidéo), avec Mozilla et Opéra, sur YouTube cela fait un écran noir, après avoir essayé sur un autre ordinateur c'est la même chose.

Youtube stopped working altogether. The whole computer lags when Firefox is on. (i5-13600 with 32GB RAM, 200mbit/s connection)

It's not working anymore

Up until today the ad-blocker worked amazing. I went to YouTube, only to be met by a screen telling me to turn off the ad-blocker. I was confused, I hadn't seen the screen since my first download of the extension. I clicked on the x button, refreshed the page and saw the screen again. This time warning me that I have 2 tries left. I'm scared my account will be deleted. Is there a fix on this?

I used this for a long time, but now it seems to really slow down Firefox. Not sure what changed.

works fine but im mostly using it for youtube and it doesn't work anymore on youtube so.... 2 stars

Works great until you accidentally hit block and there is no unblock.. You need to add a unblock and unzapper..

Also need to fix the block/zap for those cookie extortion popup windows.. Every time I reload their page, the cookie extortion window reappears..

Prevents sign-in with google dialog from opening on Otter.ia. I suspect the extension also causes other issues as firefox cannot load certain pages or blocks or content since I've installed this add-on
