You were right: on Firefox for Android, a missing background communication link was preventing the extension from verifying entered passwords, making all passwords appear rejected. However everything was fine for desktop versions.

We are happy to let you know that this has been completely resolved in the new Locksy v3.4.0 update! We built a dedicated compatibility engine specifically for Firefox on Android so password verification, PIN unlocks, and auto-locking now work seamlessly.
