It used to work well but the latest update broke it. Clicking the extension doesn't do anything anymore and you can't activate so it's essentially useless. The bubble still shows up on pages though. Edit: tried reinstalling and it still doesn't work. There's something wrong with version 5.48.0
You can get our extension back up and running by uninstalling it from your copy of Firefox (if installed). Then, you can download our Rakuten Browser Extension from our website, Rakuten.com, or through Firefox Browser Add-Ons page.
