Tons of useful features, dev would be many times more difficult without.

My favorite underrated feature is the seamless keyboard navigation between pages. Makes my workflow infinitely faster.

A truly great add-on for anyone that works in ServiceNow admin or development. At this point I'm probably a little too dependent on it but I think that just shows how useful SN Utils is. Hats off to Arnoud for the amazing work!

As a ServiceNow admin/dev I can not imagine my work life without this invaluable add-on. If you find any issues Arnoud moves heaven and earth to get to the root of it and provide a fast fix. Top class tool and top class support.

/ slashcommands seems to have been broken as of todays patch, in new firefox tabs slash commands cant be opened using the shortcut if the navigation bar isnt present

edit: Fixed after 30 minutes, excellent add on and response time, a must have for any service now developer.

note : I use Allow favicon badge overlay to identify instances and since a few months, the icones in my bookmarks still on the snow logo in place of the icon i have choose (color and letter)

For those who work with ServiceNow, it is by far the best FireFox app! Congrats!!

Been using this for years, and LOVE it!! However, when using on FireFox, when I double-click on a reference field the pop-up used to give the sys_id... which was awesome... now it gives the "Value of sys_display.xxxx" instead of the sys_id!?!? Is there a setting that I'm missing? I want to get the sys_id not the display value.

I really enjoy this addon, but unfortunately I spotted a bug that drives me crazy. If you have it installed in your FF and you try to open a WSDL (instancename/table.do?WSDL) you will get a blank page. I checked and it works properly when the SN Utils are disabled.
