    No matter how many times I enter my password into the extension (even tried resetting it), it says it's incorrect.

    We checked plugin a lot of time. Authorization works fine in our testing environment.

    You can restore/change password on site. If this does not help, please contact us via bug report form. This form available inside service in help menu.
