AMAZING I have only a couple problems that occurred for me (please read)

so when hiding the home feed/page, the issue is the buttons at the top don't go away

there needs to be a way to go to the last (or latest video) I watched in a playlist without removing videos

there needs to be a way to get the old look of youtube back such as the old player, thumbnails, square icons, etc.,

the button to delete videos from playlists does work, the problem is the context menu shows up (it clicks both the delete videos button and the 3 dots)

the remove videos slider doesn't show up in playlists other than my watch later

IF these issues are resolved I will change my rating to 5 star thx

Everything is fine, but the video speed does not work in built-in frames, for example, on Nexus

This extension works but seems to make the site laggy

As of today Youtube changed the right side sidebar design. Now it has huge thumbnails. 3x less information density.

Unfortunately the only thing i can do within the addon is simply to hide the sidebar as none of the other settings like displaying only the titles etc no longer work. Likely due to code changes by YouTube.

Hope you get it working again in the coming weeks so i can go back to 10 suggested videos, instead of 3.

With this extension you still can't like or dislike a song on youtube music website with any other window in focus. It's 2025. Youtube music website is 10 years old and you still have to alt tab and manually point and click like/dislike button. Unbelievable.

Last version is BUGGY, very high cpu usage causes Youtube tab to crash. Fix it

Abandoned by Enhancer (for YouTube) and, looking for a replacement, switched to this one. I hardly miss Enhancer at all. The only thing I really miss in the change of extension is the comments of youtube, sorted by most recent by default. It seems to me that this extension can't do that. Other than that, everything looks great.

I'm a big fan of this, but I did come here to mention/ask about the hiding the shorts reels/forcing normal player not working - but I see someone said it's on mobile specifically. I have zero understanding of coding or how to use github except following specific instructions, so wouldn't have a clue how I could add the mobile URL if that other person didn't.

Got an odd issue that seems linked to this addon. When added my and I got to a video my volume will spike randomly and has a bit of a static pitch for a few second before it normalizes. Not sure why. I turn the stable audio stuff off but it still happens. Sound if fine when I tested it in Chrome without the addon and in Firefox without this. Not sure if I screwed something up. 😅

Wonderful addon. The dim could be adjustable, it's a bit too dark now. Also, I have the default speed set at 1.25x. If I slow down the video and the video goes to PiP mode the speed jumps back to 1.25x, so I need to keep it at normal speed.

I love this addon. I have just one problem: The options for hiding the live-chat dont really work.
'Collapsed' does the same as 'normal': When I open the stream the chat is there and I have to manually closed it via the X.
'Hide' removes the chat completely, but I dont want that.
When I have the live-stream open and go into the settings of the extension and change the live-chat setting to 'collapsed' it actually collapses the chat. But it doesnt do it automaticly, when I open a stream.

Hope I am not the only one with the issue and it can be fixed. Thanks for the great addon again. :)

Mostly great, but I just discovered that 'Disable Auto-Dubbing' is not working—at least not for me. That is by far the worst 'feature' YT has ever come up with, so I would greatly appreciate a fix!

Only feature i wish this has is a resume function. As a result, i have to run a separate userscripts so YouTube remembers where i left off after reloading the page. As is, probably the single most exhaustive feature list in any YouTube add-on ever put together. Annoying when YouTube breaks it but if your browser can install add-on's then you have the ability to use userscripts therefore, there's not much to complain about. An absolute must have for mobile users that refuse to use the YouTube app and prefer to view webpages in full desktop mode glory.
