It seems to be the best extension that I have found for keeping track of multiple messaging platforms. I'll give it that.

It is often fairly slow to switch between services. Frequently, I have to log out of a service and re-log in to be able to get it to function correctly.

The hangouts function allows for connections to personal chats with someone in Google Chat but is a bit clunky. That may be as much a Google issue as it is Multi Messenger.

The pop-ups that show most every time you open the app that tries to get you to install other OinkandStuff apps is rather annoying.
