Thanks for your feedback.
Error indicator 1.8 should collect HTTP requests completed with HTTP status that indicates error. I've seen it works fine with Firefox ESR 52.5.0 and Firefox 58 beta, but the current release Firefox 57.0.2 seems not to report related tab.
