Works really great, very nice UI, if a little on the expensive side for what it does (almost the price of Netflix for blocking 2 websites?). It also doesn't block amazon on other countries - on dot com.

Nice idea and implementation, but please consider adding a "blank" setting in a free tier. Google Earth is distracting.
