Hi, I'm sorry this happened. It's definitely not a bug in our code, though. Something is wiping Firefox's indexeddb storage - it's pretty much impossible for us to accidentally write code that would suddenly just wipe the entire contents of the storage and then delete the entire OneTab database after that. Please check that you don't accidentally click "yes" to a Firefox "Refresh" after a Firefox update, since that would delete extension data without asking you. Also, privacy cleaner software will wipe Firefox data too. It could also be a disk write error.

Ummmm - wiped out my urls after update....Grrrrrrr. Are you a software engineer or an AI hack? Do any testing before release? This behavior is not a 'corner case.' This add-in is a nice idea, implementation and (lack of) testing sux.....Design idea: Store URLs LOCALLY in the browsers Bookmark directory

All saved tabs deleted after update. More than slightly upset.

Hi, do you remember recently being asked if you want to "Refresh Firefox"? This is a prompt shown to you when you upgrade to a new Firefox version (there is a new Firefox version released every month). This feature, confusingly, wipes clean all add-on storage including OneTab's storage. If Firefox ever gets a disk corruption, that could also cause data loss.

I'm very sorry this happened to you. We're working on cloud sync so in the future this can't happen.

I have same problem with this extension as other users where it would randomly wipe out my tabs. I noticed this on Chrome too.

Been using it for years and it helps with organizing tabs, especially for light research projects where you don't really want to save a ton of bookmarks long-term.

Lost all my tabs at some point going from v1 to v2 but their support helped me recover most (if not all) of them.

Deleted all my tabs without saving, after new update, tabs do not show up in Onetab window. This problem is on Zen Browser

Hi, the Zen browser's extension API does not have full compatibility with Firefox extensions unfortunately. Many extensions won't work with it. We hope they will improve compatibility with Firefox.

I've already loved this extension for years and just noticed there was a new update (2.13) and its so sexy 10/10. An elite extension for my purposes.

Deleted all my tabs when firefox updated, thousands of tabs. When I reached out to support they gave me info for chrome.

I do not have "system cleaner" or "privacy cleaner" software installed. This is quite frankly a cop out. Your product sucks and you know it.

Hi, I'm sorry you lost your tabs. Please note that if Firefox gets corrupted, or if you have "system cleaner" or "privacy cleaner" software installed, this can wipe clean data for all browser extensions including OneTab.

I REALLY want to downgrade. I don't need the fancy ui... it takes way more clicks to do all the simple things I needed to do. Is there an xpi file or something of the old version? I need alternatives asap. Cool new features... but I don't want to click four times to do something that used to take one or two clicks.... that's bad ui design.

Hi, please let us know what actions require too many clicks, so we can add keyboard shortcuts or other improvements. As far as we're aware, the only thing that takes more clicks than before is when you're using the "share as a web page" feature. It's now just 1 click to delete a group, whereas before it was a click and a confirm, so that's an improvement. Older versions are available for download in the add-ons history. Please let us know at one-tab.com/feedback what specifically we can make more efficient to do in the new version.

Hi, the new OneTab was designed to be much faster than before. It's possible it might be slower if you have a very old GPU - please contact us at one-tab.com/feedback so we can see if we can figure out the particular performance issue that we can fix.

Simply ingenious, I can have tons of tabs open and get back to them later without it taking up memory or creating clutter in my space. The new update is great, it's like tabs for my tabs instead of a list now. I feel like I'll never get bored or lose track of something that I want to get back to, and it's not going to create clutter I don't want to lose or keep forever in my bookmarks.
