"Access your data for all websites" why need this permission if other text to speech extensions doesn't require it???

Not working with Ivona 2 Amy SAPI 5. Only works with robotic cheap voices.

Looking for an easy way to read text out loud for easier understanding. Does not work if you are not on the web page (meaning doesn't play in the background while you are doing other tasks.) Can't get it to read from cursor...starts at the top every time. Not anything that's adding value.
