I am also a former Lazarus add-on user, and have been looking for something to take its place, and Simple Form History just looks like it could be the one !
What it needs now are easy ways to access this save data, through right-clicks on the current page for example.

It's really an alpha version at the moment and I don't understand the version number, should be 0.1.
But I hope it will be a successor of Lazarus Add-On and will be as good as Lazarus was. I would love it.
So these four stars are the stimulus to work on it. :)

At the moment I am not sure that it does what it should do. First short test says no.
