This is the only one that does not require permission to "access your data for all websites".
UI could be improved though. First thing first: you can adjust every tab to your liking. One is too loud but you don't want to close or silence it? Use "Amplify" and set it to 101% and you can't really hear it anymore. A video is generally way to silent? "Amplify" full throttle and Volume between 30-40 for a normal experience. Keep in mind that not all Website (reddit) support that extension, but that isn't because OF the extension but because of reddit/the Webiste.
