It speeds up browsing so much, even with all the filters enabled, it still has a significant speed gain. I finally don't have to deal with al those ads. It also blocks other trackers in the background so they don't collect info about you. It almost never breaks a site, and even when it does, it is easy to fix. Would recommand.
