doesn't work at all even on FB...

"open translation window" doesn't work. So, I cannot use the addon.

Hi, I assume that happened because you clicked on "open translation window" while you were on this page or at-least from the page you installed the plugin from. Plugins in general are disabled from working while you are on those pages. I am sure if you perform the same action, say on a Facebook, Google or any other page, it would have worked.
