The Firefox plugin never works (although it seems it is working). The application file itself might partially work, but if you have a task that takes half an hour, for example, it's impossible to avoid interruption with this service. The connection keeps disconnecting on its own. It constantly gives meaningless errors. I feel like I've been ripped off financially. And the 5-star voters can another scam, if I read the comments.
