"Disabling automate loop" is designed to not automatically switch to the next break/streak, so I think what you observed is as expected. Fully functional as-is though. I will update this review if I find a better one.

You can now set your own sound in the options (v2.0).
I'm not too fond of the idea of interrupting browsing, because it would ... well, interrupt, and because it would require more intrusive permissions.
