same problem than Cronodoug since a week, the extension make randomly laggy youtube, as if it were using the CPU to the max.
the dislikes also flash.
I have no more problems since I deactivated the extension.

Unfortunately I have to put this note, so that they can try to fix the problem. The extension causes a huge delay (LAG) to several videos, for no apparent reason. It's literally impossible to Pause, Play, Like, Dislike, Show Comments, See Infomations, Etc, without witnessing a GIANT lag, looking like the tab stopped working

Developer Response: I ran the tests again using only the extension in Firefox, logged into my Youtube/Google account, based on the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-54NQ-VQoG4, but it doesn't happen exclusively to that. The problem persists. For "extra" reasons, I don't intend to reinstall the browser just to test the extension, but everything works fine without the extension. It could be an isolated case.

PS: I'll change the review since you saw the post. But I still have the problem.

Update: Just learned that the dislike count of YouTube videos are no longer accessible. This addon guesses the dislike from it's users (which it failed to mention in it's description). Reducing the review to 3 stars.

Original review: People used to use the dislike counts and compare it with like count to determine if he/she should waste half an hour on this tutorial video. Or if he/she should blindly trust that news clip where the channel have already turned off commenting. This add-on is a very useful tool against YouTube's political decision to protect the face of pro-western news channels on controversial issues.
However, we would be very happy if the add-on gets the free "recommended" badge so non-programmer users can use this great add-on without fear. Thanks to the dev.
