Понимаю, что ,возможно, это из-за того, что это приложение не может позволить себе тратить деньги и ресурсы на облачную синхронизацию, но тогда хотелось бы большей прозрачности как работает повторный дизлайк (отменяет уже поставленный или добавляет дубль). В первом случае это черевато тем что люди могут отменять дизлайки сами того не зная. Во втором массовыми дизами от неуникальных пользователей - что тоже плохо

The add-on works ALMOST perfectly. It does bring back dislikes, but the icon is gone. Also, can you add back the dislikes for youtube shorts? They removed those. Other than that, this is a great extension! ❤️

for some reason, the firefox extension is out of date by two years. the latest update is of may on github, though there's been reports where if you do fetch the newest version of the firefox extension via the github, it's corrupted allegedly. i've had luck though with the tampermonkey script which installs easily if you have the tampermonkey extension.
whether it's because mozilla is taking a long time to approve the newest version of the extension or the extension developer hasn't updated it yet here due to unknown reasons, just go with the tampermonkey script. it does the job and it works!

YouTube removed the icon. You should add it back, it looks broken without it:

Thumbs down icon disappeared in Firefox browser. In Chrome, this is not a bug.

As of today, 4/28/2026, on Mozilla browser the dislike button has disappeared from YT. I don't know if YT changed their coding, but could you please fix it to show again? We truly appreciate this extension.

It used to work perfectly, but recently it hasn't been showing the dislikes. The dislike button itself has also disappeared. I hope the creator is able to fix this issue, as it is a great extension and it's a shame that it no longer works.

How can it take this long to approve a update?? Firefox team wake up this is ridiculous.

I'm not sure how accurate this add-on is, but it's nice to give bad videos the thumbs down with a guesstimate of how many other viewers felt the same way.

Cool, but it would be even cooler if you could see the number of dislikes in user comments and in YouTube shorts.

Works perfectly, it's just sometimes slightly inaccurate with the number of dislikes.

Works great! My only criticism is that the way it works should be stated more openly. "Returns the ability to see dislikes" doesn't disclose that they're using a custom database for dislikes that extrapolates the number of dislikes a video "probably" has, based on the ratio of people who use the extension who like or dislike videos. This info can be found on their site's FAQ, but I don't think something so important about the core functionality of the extension should be so hidden, in a place only 0.1% of people will think to look. If it weren't for that small detail, I would rate this 5 stars. The extension has a lot of nice QoL features, like bar color customization, and different number formats.

This extensions is good, but it is not updated right now. I hope it will be updated soon.
