- I used this few months ago and it worked fine. But now it's broken. In output markdown file AI answers are empty! Please fix it. Very useful addon...was..
Edit: Just noticed there's native in-build option now for export to markdown in Perplexity. So, it's fine.Wotmołwa wuwiwarja

- Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Wužiwar Firefox 18814215, 2 lata temuI like to give it 5 star, I love this extension. I was thinking if it can be edited to download chat from two of the open source model: deepseek and mistral ai as well.
- Z 3 z 5 pohódnoćenywot NBPE1997, 2 lata temuSaves all of my chat to an MD file, but uses weird continuation bytes instead of spaces, hyphens, and apostrophes:
UTF-8 decoder website output for the markdown:
Byte number 4 is decimal 160, hex 0xA0, octal \240, binary 10100000
Unexpected continuation byte. - Z 1 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Wilfried, 2 lata temuI only get "failed". Wasn't able to download any thread from Perplexity in Firefox
I tried many times. I restarted Firefox and tried again. I have the impression that it starts downloading. But then it stops.Wotmołwa wuwiwarja

I identified the bug and I'm working on fixing it.
Edit: Should be fixed now in v3.7.3. Please try again and update your rating. - Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Wužiwar Firefox 14598829, 2 lata temuits a magnificent and very well made exporter for chatbots, and works with the most famous AI softwares. great work Hugo!

- Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot mstublefield, 2 lata temuPerplexity wrote me 30 pages of summarized research with each prompt referencing 8-39 sources. This plugin made it super simple to move that output to Obsidian, and now I can print it as a PDF to give it to Claude for my next step. This plugin saved me a tremendous amount of time, and I wish I had found it months ago!

Let me know if I can help you avoid further tendinitis 🙃 - Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Xgenei, 2 lata temuHugo - I can't find the "save Chatbot" Icon anywhere. So I can't use the I'm sure excellent and useful extension. And I have spent more than an hour looking. It's not anywhere - and you don't say where it is, just that I should "simply push it." Bummer. I have tried everything - aligning all stars, on the Perplexity site, in the conversation (actually, "thread"), on the toolbar, in the overflow box. I restarted FireFox - and tried again and again and again - to no avail. I'm still going reviewing possible issues with the toolbar. It's 5AM and I'm tired and I'm going to bed so I left you 1 STAR until I can figure this out or somebody tells me.
THANKS HUGO for helping me out. For some damn reason FF does a great job of hiding stuff like trying to find a good deal in a grocery store. Yeah. You know they're in there if you just keep looking. Keep looking. Keep looking. ...Wotmołwa wuwiwarja
je so 2 lata temu napisałHello Xgenei,
Every Firefox extension has an icon (it's mandatory). Please check the following:
- Newly installed extensions icons are often listed in a dropdown that can be opened by clicking on a puzzle icon, at the top-right of your browser. Then, right-click on the "Save my Chatbot" element and select "Pin on the toolbar" so the icon is always accessible to click.
- If not listed in the dropdown, click "Manage extensions", then look at your disabled extensions. If you find Save my Chatbot here, click on the toggle button to enable it, then repeat the previous step.
- Maybe you misclicked on the "Add to Firefox" button so the extension is not installed ? 🙂
Please check and update your rating.
Sincerely,
Hugo COLLIN
