It would also be great if directional included an incremental option, for instance, to select the "next" tab to the right, while pressing it again would select one more so you could get a fine selection of tabs that are side-by-side.

Very useful extension. - Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot circcc, 4 წლის წინIt's a really useful add-on. You can select the same domain as that tab or the parent/sibling/child tab. After selection, you can use the firefox native commands (move to new window, close, refresh, ...) in the tab context menu, and you can move it by dragging it or drag it to another window.

As a far easier alternative to dragging tabs between windows, may I suggest using Winger, one of my other extensions.
