As I have never had any such problem before, I consider that Setup VPN's payment site is not safe or maybe there is a leak inside the company. Here is what they answered to my complaint: "We are a vpn company with 8 million people. Please go to your bank and close that card, we think the leak is on your side." No greetings, no serious consideration, very unprofessional. Definiteley not recommandable.

About 1.5 years ago both free and premium versions worked well. I bought 1-3 months subscriptions several times to make sure it is worth it and eventually paid for the whole year. I know that restrictions are getting worse and worse but even before the problem got so severe this VPN stopped working properly whileas a lot of other VPNs kept on doing their job even in free versions. Customer's support refused to give a refund due to their policy and stolled for the time promising to fix those problems (nearly a year has passed, guys!)
