wot Traegger, pred 5 rokmiI use Sidebery primarily to manage tabs, of which I typically have many open. It seems to do a mediocre job of this. Here are the functions I use and my experience with them:
1. Move tabs within a window. For some reason, Sidebery's drag and drop is terrible. Usually, when I drop the tab on its new position, nothing happens. It typically takes 4 or 5 tries before anything happens. It's definitely easier to use Firefox's tabs than Sidebery's.
2. Tab Organization. Sidebery does support tree structure on the tabs, which allows for some organization. However, it feels awkward to use because of the drag and drop problem. Also, there's no way, as far as I can tell, to mark or label a tab or group of tabs, to make it easy to find later. Overall, a weak implementation.
3. Move tab from one window to another. Again, Sidebery has a problem. After a length of time, Sidebery "forgets" the titles of my windows, and shows only a generic list. To get the titles back, I need to shut down Sidebery and restart it. Unfortunately, this is pretty much every time I need to move tabs, which is fairly often.
4. Search for a tab. I haven't been able to find a way to do this with Sidebery, so I just use the Firefox feature of entering % in the search bar of a new tab.
Many users have given Sidebery 5 stars, despite it being a very mediocre
extension.
PLEASE do not rate this extension highly for no reason!
I wish people wouldn't hand out stars for nothing. It pollutes the Firefox extension ecosystem with misinformation, making it hard to shop for good extensions. This extension is not worthy of 5 stars, or even 3 in my opinion.
Because it still seems to be under development, I gave Sidebery 2 stars, which I think is fair and in fact charitable. If it hasn't improved in the near future, I'll lower this to 1 star, which I think we should all do.

I have just one request: please add the option to create a new tab + when hovering over a group (folder) we have created, while keeping it colour setting. I know it can be made by clicking on the group heading in the page that way, but my suggestion would be a nice bonus! thanks for this extension very much!
- Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Wužiwar Firefox 12195764, pred mesiacomThis fixes so many little nitpicks and inconveniences I have in my daily use of Firefox!
I usually have hundreds of Tabs open in sometimes more than 10 windows.
Now I can have one window with multiple panels, each categorised and it is so simple to move multiple tabs between them.
I love the vertical tabs that Firefox added natively, but they can not as easily be sorted and you cant even have the newest one appear on top.
Now I can!
Amazing add-on!
I hope it keeps on going for a very long time <3 - Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Kadircan Ersahin, pred mesiacomI stopped using Zen browser. The extension works better now.
- Z 1 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Qu.an, pred mesiacomIt turned the entire structure—which I had spent so long building—into mush.

When I enable Sidebery, if I try to use two or more “X” accounts in separate containers within Firefox's container tabs—specifically on the social media platform ‘X’—I lose access to “X” the moment I enable Sidebery.
It is unclear whether this is specific to the social media platform “X” or if it happens whenever you try to use two different IDs under the same domain in container tabs, but at least with “X,” attempting to open it in a specified container results in a loop where it keeps opening in the @*** container (where *** is the X username), preventing it from opening in the container tab.
If you turn Sidebery OFF, it won’t get stuck in a loop opening in the @*** container, and you’ll be able to open it in the specified container.

I could uninstall the add-ons for:
counting tabs,
session backup,
searching tabs,
multiple tab handling.
And I could customize the settings to my liking by GUI and CSS. - Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Wužiwar Firefox 18315694, pred 2 mesiacmi

- Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Kris Houston, pred 4 mesiacmiI used to be a Tree Style Tab user, that is until I came across Sidebery which I found to be most useful. With Sidebery, I'm able to sort all my tabs and even configure the extension where specific new tab placement and I do not need a separate extension to enable the Unload feature either which I routinely do ensure memory doesn't fill up to fast.
The only thing I really do wish Sidebery is able to do is completely replace or even replicate Firefox's rather limited Vertical Tabs feature. - Z 5 z 5 pohódnoćenywot Wužiwar Firefox 19662475, pred 4 mesiacmiBy far the best extension I have ever used. 1,000% changed how I use the internet and is one of the few things I have ever used that legitimately boost productivity.
