This extension does way more harm than good.

While it does seem to do what it claims to be doing, in practice using this is shooting yourself in the foot.

This is because it appears that with this extension active and set to pretend to be a different browser, websites perceive you as a bot.

On a vast amount of websites you will run into an impassable cloudflare captcha verification screen. You try to solve it - it fails and loops back around. It will keep failing until you deactivate this extension.

On youtube, any comments you leave will be automatically shadowbanned. Presumably because it detects you as a spam bot.

So I honestly don't see much point in using this.

Does not work at all. Sites still see my browser's original version string.

L'idée est bonne mais le gros défaut est que les captchas ne passent pas car le ua dans les iframes n'est pas modifié. Dommage.

Simply doesn't work on mail.com. That was exclusively what I needed it to do, so that's a total failure.

By default, sets a completely insane user agent, mixing up all browsers and os, making website believe I'm using chrome on windows

Override domain doesn't work- keeps reverting to default useragent despite wildcard domain set. Development seems inactive.

on the tor browser no matter the agent switcher i use YouTubes video player breaks like lines will appear on the video player and i don't know why can pls fix other than that the product is good.

AVOID!!! - causes PC to crash as "unsupported browser" tabs open - especially if using Linux + Waterfox as UA etc (more than that)
