Tab history is now enabled by default. Each tab automatically records visited URLs and displays navigation type (typed, link click, back/forward, reload, etc.), visit time, and a current-page indicator.
View a tab's browsing history via hover button, right-click menu, double-click, or middle-click.

New permission: webNavigation — enables accurate tracking of tab navigation events, detection of navigation types (typed URL, link click, back/forward, reload), redirect identification, and SPA navigation detection. This makes tab history richer and more reliable.
