17/04/2026 - Please update, it doesn't work anymore with the last Yahoo update

The right side scroll bar difficult to use. I have enjoyed this extension for a long time. But now I see that the mail scroll bar and screen scroll bar are squished together making 2 thin scroll bars. Some of the time when I want to scroll email, I will touch the screen bar instead and the yahoo settings menu will pop out. I had to disable this useful app. My ad blocked space will just have to be there blank so I can have the 2 bars be separate. I guess I wish I could horizontally adjust the space between the 2 scroll bars.

This is a great addition to Yahoo Mail and makes it very convenient to use. The developer continually updates when necessary. Wouldn't consider using Yahoo without it. Highly recommended.

Worked well until about two weeks ago. Now when I click on an email, the body of the email is blank. I have to toggle the extension off in order to see and read the email. Please fix this as the extension makes Yahoo much easier to use.

Hello Piyush. Your Yahoo ad block extension working fine for me a long time until yesterday. Very strange that when I open new emails yesterday on desktop computer/Win11/Mozilla Firefox is up to date, only the sender/subject header appears. All of the text in body of the email is missing. I can see it if I click on "View Raw Message" with all the formatting code, so it is there but hidden from view. When I turned off Yahoo Ad Hide Extension and reload the Yahoo Email tab, the body of email text will appear. Enable Yahoo Ad Hide Extension, reload page again, the body of email text is gone again. So I think it is narrowed down to your Extension. No problem until yesterday, Sunday, 22 February 2026. Email displays normally on my phone (Android with Yahoo Email App).

Today, yahoo attacked my mail with "violating terms of service" for using ublockorigin. Tried this add-on and it seems to work as advertised!

This add-on is outdated! Search for "Yahoo! Wider Mail" for an alternative add-on.

Doesn't work as of 1/24/2025. I have a new Yahoo mail account and added this plug in to ,my Mozilla Desktop - Windows 11 and it does nothing.

It was good until a few days ago, now get banner ads on top in certain emails .. Please see if you can fix this .. Yahoo wants us to use Yahoo Mail Plus for $5 per month ... Thanks

Does not work on the old Yahoo. Yahoo Mail ads are being used by the FBI and the occult, human and drug trafficking under the guise of providing legal and medical care, so as to torment their rape and torture victims. Yahoo has refused to stop this abuse after being contacted by phone. 1800-305-7664

REVISED: It didn't hide the Ads panel on the right side of New Yahoo! Mail for a while in Firefox 118.0.1. Now in Firefox 119 everything works again as expected

Has worked well for me for years....but just recently the (empty) ad panel has reappeared, and the Inbox command line disappeared. 8/23

This add-on works great for removing ad panels on the side, however, at the top of the preview window it still shows the "Deal Summaries" & website logo & link...if this gets fixed I will update my review to 5 stars & recommend more...thanks

App no longer works. Tried to contact developer but no response.

Was working great but now the yahoo email ad panel is back with ads. Maybe needs a new update.
