It says it supports keyboard shortcuts; however, I see no place where those can be set. And the primary selector (where it says e.g. "2x" between the left arrow and the right arrow) is not able to be selected using vimium.

Es exactamente lo que buscaba e incluso mejor que el que utilizaba antes porque el que utilizaba antes te ponía como una especie de medidor arriba a la derecha pero por ejemplo funcionaba bien en chrome pero no funcionaba para nada bien en firefox y esto es una maravilla porque va perfecto hace lo que tiene que hacer es nativo firefox y va de lujo. Y sin tener que pagar Youtube Premium para mas velocidad.

Amazing, well made and looks like its part of YouTube!

Amazing app, it works just as expected! It's free and open source, the UI is consistent with YouTube and updates seamlessly. When YouTube updated their website to block 4x speed behind premium, Nizioleque updated this addon within just a few days! Amazing maintenance.

Everything is well, except that, unfortunately, it conflicts with YouTube's built-in "Playback speed" function, as well as with other add-ons, e.g., https:// addons.mozilla. org/en-US/firefox/addon/youtube中文配音/, which causes freezes and makes rewinding impossible.

Starting today, for some reason, when I click on a video from a YouTube notification, it no longer works. However, if I go to the same video, but not through the YouTube notification, but within the channel, then it works fine. Or if I just click the channel real quick and then go right back. - This is still exists

Please add "return to 1x" button. maybe put it on shft+/ ?

Keeps disappearing (I'm on latest version 1.10). It's good when it works. Could do with being able to scroll mouse wheel to change speed.

YT is flagging this add-on as an Ad Blocker

So I finally found a speed extension that works superbly with customisable speeds and a great keyboard shortcut. Well done on this extention.

Custom default play speed and even custom speed increments, works with the existing youtube keyboard shortcuts.

Works pretty dang seamlessly! Love the ability to add your own custom values, but keyboard shortcuts (rather than single-increment arrows + a clumsy drop-down list, which gets cut off at the top if you have lots of individual speed values) would make this even more intuitive. What's really missing is pitch control—all the other add-ons that manipulate pitch have clunky UI or fussy functionality. Regardless, this here's the best speed control add-on I've yet to come across.

I appreciate this extension, but please add the ability to create keyboard shortcuts for adjusting speed! I would really like the ability to use "+" and "-" to adjust instead of being stuck using the default controls.

EDIT 8/11/2025: Speed control on the video player is no longer aligned with the new YouTube player design.

Simple, elegant, and does the job.
A few improvements I can think of:
Let us use the mouse wheel on the icon of the addon to increase/decrease speed.
Let us customize the keyboard shortcuts, or disable them completely.
These aren't must-haves, but would be nice.
