készítette: Firefox felhasználó 18736741, egy éveI think it works well, and I do recommend getting it. Pages load faster, since they don't load much of the bloat and spam, this also helps with security, preventing a lot of code from executing without consent.
It does take a bit of time to customize for all of the sites that are regularly visited. Often time sites load a lot of items, which must be explicitly allowed, then often times when something is allowed, it opens up a lot more items that must also be allowed. Scripts have to be customized for each domain (not each site) to be allowed to run. Which leads me to my next point, and the reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5...
I have spent quite a lot of time getting all of the scripts I like setup, the individual sites and domains configured exactly like I like it. Then something really bad went wrong. On a completely different PC, I logged into my Firefox browser with my Firefox account, and it loaded all of my plugins, and those plugins all reset to their initial default value, not only on the new PC I logged in on, but it reset all of my noscript configuration on my main PC that I've been using for years!!! So much time configuring it exactly like I like it, all gone. It's really quite sad.
Overall, I still recommend getting it, but having lost all of my settings like that is really upsetting. I guess if I would have known this would happen ahead of time, maybe I could have backed up my settings or something, but I had no idea logging into Firefox on a completely different PC would erase all of my noscript settings on my original PC.

- Csillagos értékelés: 5 / 5készítette: Firefox felhasználó 19806246, 25 napjaThis is one of the most distinctive Firefox add-ons for me. To be honest, I'm not using it right now because I'm still learning how to use it more effectively. I'm actually trying to learn more about internet security, and I've noticed that using this add-on is great for protecting your privacy from malicious JavaScript. I highly recommend it. Thank you.
- Csillagos értékelés: 5 / 5készítette: Heather, egy hónapjaProbably one of the most essential addons for firefox, next to ublock. Great for security but it's recommended to have a tech background cuz the default settings can break many sites.
- it's an essential extension. without it, using the internet is like walking directly into a warzone.
on the strict setting, it makes browsing slightly more clunky due to having to give websites some trust, but it's usually not that big of a deal. - Csillagos értékelés: 5 / 5készítette: Firefox felhasználó 19773062, 2 hónapjaDue to a bug that effected mobile scrolling, I disabled Noscript for a day and discovered what a horrible experience browsing was without it.
It seems the bug is now fixed, and in record time too. Thanks Giorgio. Fantastic extension. - Remove gestures or add an option to disable this clunky gesture feature in the settings in the next update. Scrolling is impossible with the current update. For this reason alone, I'm removing this very useful extension for now, until they fix this annoying feature.

- Csillagos értékelés: 3 / 5készítette: Firefox felhasználó 13428877, 2 hónapjaI use it a lot and it has been a great tool but had to drop the rating after the new gesture system has been added since for a while I had no idea it had been added and it has made browsing a complete hell on mobile because it can't be disabled so I will have to disable the app until then.
- Was good, but the new gesture system is horrible and makes scrolling on mobile more trouble than it's worth.
This should have never been implemented silently in the background without an option to disable, to begin with. No idea what the dev was thinking.
Had to disable Noscript on mobile until it's fixed. - The whole gesture idea thing. First, accessing the settings in Firefox android is the same number of ui interactions once the new ui layout is learned. Second, Imagine if another extension did what you decided to do (the whole Old New Thing "Imagine if two programs did this"). Third, I cannot believe your awesome extension can still be Mozilla recommended after this. 🙁
