    It wont sync across firefox instances, because the extension identifier is unique per installation. You can still manually retrieve the token from the synced firefox password manager though.

    That's indeed a limitation -- and I don't see any obvious fix for it (short of implementing yet another ad-hoc password-manager with the web storage API, which is totally out of the scope of this little hack).
