Doesn't work.

If you happen to accidentally log out, the extension permanently breaks and you are unable to log in again because it no longer loads to that stage. Obviously re-installing fixes it but you can't log in with email so if you forget your username you can't log in. I've done a reset password (I'm not even sure if that will give me my username and I already know my password...) but I haven't received a reset email in at least 30mins...

When I was logged in, the app would often show me as connected but not show an IP so I'm not sure if the VPN is even active...

2026-01-26 Extension login failed due to an ongoing INVALID CAPTCHA. Gary kept giving bogus answers that waste time. If they have so many bugs in things they control and can see, what other bugs do you think they aren't telling you about?

2025-12-16 Extension login failed. Windscribe.com blocked my IP address (what's the point of a VPN company blocking a pooled CGNAT address? Why not just use IPv6 addresses?). Logging into windscribe.net (using the same credentials as the extension) works fine. Writing to support@windscribe.com, including the details, results in an automated response redirecting to Garry (the bot) and the Knowledge Base, which are hosted on windscribe.com and block my IP in the first place. Reddit? Why not point this out right away instead of having users waste their time? Using other reputable VPNs is much easier than this.

абсолютно нерабочее, к сервам не подключается, а если и подключается, то в любом случае ни 1 сайт не грузится, ваще никакой. +Требует авторизации, да и всего 10 Гб на месяц это мало.

Even when i reached the data limit for the month, IT DIDNT TURN OFF, didnt even let me turn it off by myself, i had to DELETE it to even fix the internet on here, DO NOT GET IF YOU ARE NOT PAYING, IF ITS FREE AND IT HAS A PAID PLAN IT IS HORRIBLE MOST OF THE TIME

Убожеское конченое фуфло. НА сайт захожу авторизуюсь. НА расширение авторизоватся никак не могу. Несколько десятков раз пробовал - нивкакую. Просто фуфло нерабочее

The extension isn't working for me. For the past year, I haven't been able to log in using it. The desktop app works, but the extension doesn't.
At the time of writing I tried to log in again and it said "rate limited". Funny thing is I can log out log in 100 times using the android or desktop app and that will work. But no.. not this extension, not even once.

It's impossible to login:
"Something went wrong with your request. Please try again later."

Debug log says:

Tried in 2 different PCs, with 2 different Firefox profiles.

Every time I restart the browser I get reconnected, even though I disable it each time.
