Video and audio need to be downloaded separately, but apart from that, all smooth. A nice-to-have feature would be if it used the user's existing YouTube login to try and access NSFW videos.

When 1080p is possible, the icon changes.
There's no need to open and close it several times, in fact when you open it it fetches the 1080p from outside youtube, it takes a little time if the server is available for it to process the request.
(Youtube separates video and audio for formats above 1080p so there is no direct download, unless you decide via the extension settings to allow it so they are added in the drop-down menu)
